AA 2016-20 RZR Turbo & 2018-22 RS1 Primary Clutch Limiter

Precision-machined from ultra-durable Delrin, this limiter washer is thicker than the factory limit washer to mechanically restrict maximum primary clutch shift-out. By preventing the drive belt from traveling too high out of the primary clutch sheaves, it maintains crucial belt-to-sheave surface contact area for maximum friction and clamping force.

Additionally, preventing full primary shift-out stops the secondary clutch from over-shifting and bottoming out against its center hub—a primary cause of extreme clutch heat, belt glazing, and cord separation on high-speed desert and dune runs.

• Top Speed Limitation: Top speed is slightly restricted to approximately 85 MPH (depending on tire size and final gear ratio), protecting your driveline during extended high-speed pulls.
