These Billet clamps are designed to bite and lock into the OEM plastic plenum at the seams to prevent the known issue of the stock plenum failing. The stock plenum, under even stock boost levels, is known to crack and split down the middle. These precision machined clamps pinch and hold the plenum at the seam, preventing it from flexing, causing cracks and/or complete failure. These are a great preventative modification that can save a weekends fun from being ruined! If you're running over stock boost levels we highly recommend these.

This is a nice kit. Install might test your patience a bit. Seems like once itβs on it will be good protection.

Very neat little upgrade. I'm really big on preventative maintainence and it really didn't take long to find issues on Can-Am forums stemming from a really weak designed intake plenum. RPM SXS has you covered on this and has a nice video on thier youtube channel showing these things actually work, it's not just a gimmick. I'll feel more confident in the future when i start looking at other performance upgrades for my X3 that this wont become an issue.

A must for any machine above stock hp! These are a great option if you donβt want to spend the huge cost of an aluminum plenum. They are numbered and each clamp fits perfectly in their designated spot. Iβve only been using these for about 100 miles or so, but zero problems so far.
