The factory intercooler on your supercharged Kawasaki H2 is no match for serious dune bashing, desert heat, or aggressive high boost riding. When intake air temperatures (IAT) spike, the ECU pulls power aggressively robbing you of the massive performance your H2 is capable of delivering.

Our Stage 3 XL Intercooler Kit is the ultimate charge air cooling solution for the Kawasaki H2. This beast features a massive high efficiency aluminum bar and plate core paired with dual high-flow 8-inch brushless fans and a fully sealed shroud that moves twice the airflow volume of the stock single 9-inch fan.

The XL core measures 16" (406mm) Wide x 11" (279mm) Tall x 4" (102mm) Thick delivering 33% larger core surface area and 113% more core volume than the factory intercooler. This massive increase in size and thickness pulls dramatically more heat out of the highly compressed charge air, virtually eliminating heat soak and allowing your supercharged H2 to deliver stronger, more consistent power for longer, even under the most extreme conditions.

We paired it with dual 8" 10 blade brushless fans that deliver massive airflow while remaining highly efficient and gentle on your electrical system. The custom sealed shroud with EPDM foam seals creates an airtight fit, forcing 100% of the airflow through the XL core instead of allowing hot bypass air like the leaky stock setup.

After cooling the charge air, the enormous volume of airflow is pushed directly across the top of the engine, helping keep the entire powerplant noticeably cooler during extended hard use.
