RPM SxS Kawasaki Teryx H2 Big Mouth Muffler Replacement w/ 6" Resonator
Eliminate factory exhaust restriction while maintaining a smooth, refined tone with the RPM SXS Primary Resonated Exhaust Pipe for the Kawasaki Teryx H2! After extensive dyno testing, tubing size variations, and bend adjustments, RPM SXS engineered this system as the ultimate direct replacement for the heavy primary OEM muffler. Built around an upgraded 50mm stainless steel tubing profile, it optimizes exhaust gas velocity leading to the factory rear muffler while significantly reducing radiant heat in the engine bay.
Unlike harsh straight-pipe deletes or crude bypass tubes, this system features an integrated 6" high-flow performance resonator. This resonator smooths out harsh exhaust pulses to deliver a deep, sporty tone without the annoying rasp, high-RPM noise, or cabin drone associated with standard deletes.
Installation is 100% direct bolt-on, mounting seamlessly using your factory mounting brackets, stock-style gaskets, and original hardware with zero cutting, welding, or ECU tuning required. For custom tuning and performance setups, it retains the OEM O2 sensor location while adding a secondary 18mm wideband O2 bung for easy dyno work and wideband data logging.
