2016-2025 Polaris RZR XPT, Turbo R & PRO Turbo Blow Off Valve Kit
Our BOV is a machined billet anodized unit. Our valves are machined to precision tolerances allowing for perfectly seated pistons that operate extremely smooth. This allows for the smoothest of throttle response and worry free BOV operation.
The RPM BOV is a MUST HAVE item to replace your machines that uses a plastic BOV that is known to warp OR a machine with no BOV at all!
Our extremely detailed instructions make for an easy installation. We have tested over 5000 miles with our valve using a diverter tube vs a filter or outerwear and have had NO dust, build up, or sticking issues found with the cheap valves. Our conditions were a combination of dusty Centennial Wyoming trails, sandy river riding, dirt trail with mud, and river crossings. If you'd still like to run one, a filter with pre-filter IS include but not needed!
Our BOV mounts in the stock location and no extras are needed! A billet plug is included for the markets loudest WOOSH noise from any BOV! The BOV is a direct factory replacement with perfect fitment. This is common upgrade as the stock plastic BOV is prone to failure from warping.

Sounds great very loud which I wanted but the blow off at cruising speeds is obnoxious (bad enough I questioned if there was something wrong with it at first) I opted for this one because I wanted the actual blow off to be loud and it’s claimed the loudest on the market and does sound great but others I’ve seen that friends use are similar with the blow off release under load without the obnoxious cruising speed blow off that lingers while driving with this one overall I feel I got my moneys worth I’m satisfied with it but I wouldn’t likely opt for this option again if I was to get a different machine but since I spent the money I’m gonna run it if this was strictly for racing or something it would be amazing but being as I trail ride and often cruise casual for distance this one get old fast

its super easy and straight forward to install. literally dummy proof. if i can install it, anyone can! it sounds great and it gives you the option to set the spring pressure to let it blow off under heavy or soft pressure. i personally have it under heavy load and it sounds amazing when i let off the throttle and that blow off whistles and gives you that Pshhhht sound effect.

No instructions, parts didn’t fit exact. Overall not happy with the item. I’ve seen it all over and come to find out it’s just all paid promotion. Maybe you should spend more money on quality and adding directions to come with parts and not paying others to try your garbage out.

Love how easy it was to install and the feel of it is solid. Only thing I would really have appreciated even more is explaining the springs. I couldn't find anything on what the springs are for. Also the scan barcode on the box doesn't actually show people how to install just how it sounds. I should've made a video to actually help people that don't know how to. Installed it on my 2024 rzr pro r that has a kraftwerks supercharger. Sounds good at idle, at full throttle can't really hear it. Maybe need a bigger bov or change the springs.

Part is very quality and easy to install. It’s also easy to try different variations of ways to use this BOV as in putting it into factory piping or to atmosphere and changing springs. It also sounds great when plumbed to atmosphere, but quiet when in the stock piping. I would recommend this to anyone looking.
