RPM's Sport Muffler lineup includes this beautiful stainless steel tig welded muffler for the RZR XP PRO's. This is a OEM Replacement slip on style muffler that retains all stock covers and hardware! This Sport Muffler provides a minimum 3HP gain on a stock machine. This is a huge power gainer for tuned machines and is required in our opinion for any machine doing a stage 2 or higher tune! This muffler will bolt to the stock or and RPM SxS E-Valve mid pipe. This is such a great sounding muffler that wont leave your ears ringing at the end of the day. Loved how easy to install, quick shipping. Beautiful color change after a few weekend runs. Great sound just slightly louder then stock but perfect for long desert runs
Looks and sounds great! Same sound level as stock but with a little deeper sound. Gasket and hardware were perfect, 10 minute installation and now no cat.
Ordered this muffler in order to get rid of the catalytic converter in the stock muffler. I was impressed when i opened the box. Packaging was custom molded to the product. The install was easy once i took the stock muffler off which was a pain due to the stock bolts being pressed in! The muffler looks and sounds great. It’s throaty without being obnoxiously loud. Engine seems to run cooler now. Would recommend to anyone!!!!
Quality is excellent very easy to install I recommend the products to anyone and everyone. Besides, I ordered the wrong one and they replaced it with no problem.
One bad exhaust. Quality at an awesome price. Will recommend to anybody. Great sound not too loud but with a good tone. I love. Great power to. Paired with RPM j tube charge tube and BOV.
Shipping was quick, product was well packaged. Exhaust looks and sounds great. Has a good tone to it but it's not loud, it'll be great to have for those long rides where a loud exhaust makes you contemplate your life choices. I ordered the quiet core with it just in case but it sounds great without it and isn't loud at all
Fit perfect on my 2021 polaris rzr xp 4 turbo. Still being able to use the factory cover behind the muffler was a huge plus.

Muffler is great. Not a lot louder than stock, which is a good thing for me, because these things have enough noise going on. Zero drone. Slightly deeper, meaner tone than stock. I purchased to reduce restriction on my turbo rzr which already had a stage 1 tune. I also wanted to lower my exhaust temps. This muffler achieved both. There was a definitely noticeable gain in power and lowered exhaust temps (turbo doesn't glow as bright and downpipe no longer glows). Easy to install as well. Highly recommend this muffler.
Didn't realize the old muffler was installed with studs, needed a torch and air chisel to get them out. Damaged the ox sensor in the process also. But looks and sounds good, was hoping the engine would run cooler but doesn't appear so
The install was easy, the muffler came very shiny and clean. I was honestly expecting it to be a little louder. It’s basically stock volume with a little more rumble at idle.
