Installation is clean and non-invasive. No cutting into the chassis, no messing with factory plumbing, emissions parts, wiring, or relocating batteries. All fuel lines stay well clear of drivetrain components, and your folding seats remain 100% functional.
Built tough from thick5mm rotomolded plastic, this tank is made to handle the punishment of real off-road use. It ties into the factory fill neck for both filling and venting, super simple to use, quick to install, and best of all, zero fuel fumes inside the cab like some other kits.
Every kit comes loaded: high-flow pump pushing 1.25 GPM (way faster than most competitors), plug-and-play wiring harness with a momentary switch (no more worrying about leaving the pump running or burning up a pump), all fittings, hardware, and clear step-by-step instructions.
Safety is priority one here at RPM. Unlike riskier designs, our system keeps the factory tip-over check valve in play. In a rollover, fuel stays contained where it belongs. Overfill the main tank? Only issue I had was the crush washers on the banjo bolt on the pump. Had to replace one with a smaller diameter
It takes some time, mainly getting everything removed. Installation was smooth, especially with the instructions and photos provided.

It’s hard to see it in the picture….I believe that was their intention. Fits like a glove. Every square inch of space was utilized. These guys are some serious craftsmen. We ordered all three of their tanks. We now have a realistic range of at least 250 miles. Over 300 if were easy on the skinny pedal. Highly recommend these products. In fact….we told a friend of our and he ordered one too.

Great product, happy to add more range to my Pro R since it does guzzle gas. Now I can enjoy more riding without having to worry about the fuel gauge. Install was ok took me about 2.5 hours. Very happy with how it turned out.
Worth every penny! The pump works super fast to add that reserve fuel to your normal tank. Install was pretty easy and straight forward I did it all by myself with basic tools.
A little tough to cut the filler hole just right . Took my time ,cut a little at a time . Came out great .
Taking all of the seats out was no problem . Mounted the momentary fill switch on the dash .

Install was very straight forward. Very nice having a “reserve” tank. The fit and finish is high quality. Only critique would be that the pump is very loud.
Love the tank and the look. The added range of 4.5 more gallons is awesome. Instructions were easy to follow. It’s not the quickest project to do but the end result looks factory and is so worth the effort.
you need to have on phone customer service, we had a cap that had no mention in instructions and when we called, the replay was to email. did not give me a good feeling after receiving a well made product.
Fits perfect!! Didn’t have to wallow any holes to mount! These guys did a great job on making this tank! Pro R guys ya need this! 100 mile PLUS range instead of 80!
Very disappointing that 2 weeks after I buy the tank and recommend them to 3 friends you lower the price by 20%. It is a nice well built tank, I just don't have any respect for your company when you treat your customers like this.

I'm impressed with the quality construction and over all construction. I haven't put it in my machine yet but am looking forward to have more capacity and thus range in my Pro R 4.
