Upgrade your Can-Am X3 with the RPM SxS Blow Off Valve (BOV) Kit! In just about 20 minutes, you can improve boost response, drastically prolong the life of your turbo, and get that iconic turbo "swoosh" sound!
The Can-Am X3 comes from the factory with absolutely no provision for a blow off or diverter valve. Without a BOV, built-up pressure in the charge pipes has nowhere to go when you let off the throttle. This pressure is forced backward into the turbo, causing turbulence that violently slows down the impeller and leads to premature wear. The RPM BOV Kit solves this by releasing that built-up pressure, protecting your turbo and keeping it spooled for instant throttle response when you get back on the gas.
Since the X3 has no factory mounting location, our kit includes a custom-designed, smooth-flowing black silicone charge tube that connects the compressor side of your turbo to the plastic intercooler tube. This provides the perfect integrated mount for your new BOV and eliminates restrictive air turbulence. Better yet, this setup perfectly locates the valve right behind the driver's compartment access panel for easy reach!
To get a true vacuum reference, you need access behind the throttle blades. Can-Am conveniently left a block-off plug on the plastic intake manifold, so we include a 2-piece machined billet port with an O-ring that fits nice and tight in its place. This gives you the absolute perfect spot to reference your new BOV or an aftermarket boost gauge.
Our BOV is fully CNC-machined from billet aluminum and beautifully anodized. Precision tolerances ensure perfectly seated pistons for flawlessly smooth, worry-free operation and razor-sharp throttle response. Whether you're adding this to an X3 that has no BOV at all, or replacing a cheap plastic valve that is prone to warping, the RPM BOV is an absolute MUST-HAVE upgrade.

CANAM X3 MANIFOLD PORT FOR BOOST GAUGE AND/OR BOV
The port nipple is machined stainless steel so it won't easily break if it gets hit like an aluminum piece sticking up might. A CNC machined aluminum hold down that re-uses the stock torx bolt. A -10 o-ring seals the nipple, or you can re-use the stock o-ring if you'd like.

2026 turbo rr , install not as easy as says but got it done and everything works and sounds great, turbo is more of a flutter when hit gas hard and more of a sneeze when barely touch throttle overall good.
You guys make a great bov. Can’t wait to order more parts. It would be nice if you guys would send some free stuff too. I have a 2025 can am rr x3 4 seater triple black. That’ll be awesome
Who doesn’t love a well made product and the turbo blow off sound? This was my first mod to the machine. Helps to move unwanted boost left in the pipe to atmosphere as opposed to beating back to the turbo. Thanks rpmsxs
All of the parts especially the blow off valve were of excellent build quality. Felt like quality material and the sound is amazing! Only issue is with the can am it is tight with large hands and resulted in having to take apart a few extra items to get it in there. Strait forward install just tight.
Set aside about an hour for this. The clamp on my intercooler tube was facing the cab and took awhile to get to, but if yours isn’t, it’ll take about 20-25 minutes. Sounds good! Still playing with spring to see what one I like. So far the spring that came in it is good.
Love the way it sounds instruction said 20 minutes, but a man with bigger hands it could be a little longer than that but all around very great product. Definitely recommend look forward to getting more parts.
These guys at RPM knocked it out of the park from customer service to the way the product is packaged and the spare parts you get with it to rebuild it if you ever have too is amazing I just installed mine today took 2 days to come in and I couldn’t be happier with the results this is one of the first add ons that I’ve done to the machine absolutely love it keep crushing the game guys.
RPM BOV sounds awesome and install was pretty easy once I was able to get the factory charge pipe off. The way they installed the hose clamp at the factory made it nearly impossible to reach and get a ratchet or wrench on. Once I got that done the RPM charge pipe fit perfectly and is very high quality. BOV sound is super loud and sounds great. It definitely turns heads when people hear it blow off.
