Our ECF Kit actively flushes out unwanted heat by forcing approximately 225 CFM of cool air continuously through the clutch housing, keeping your entire CVT system cool and happy.
Unlike standard inline fans that actually become a restriction at higher speeds, our oversized fan housing is specifically designed to increase air volume while eliminating bottlenecks. RPM CVT EXHAUST FAN IS AWESOME. IT CAME NEATLY AND SAFELY PACKAGED. CAME WITH STICKERS, QR INSTALL BROCHURE, AND A SMALL LANYARD, WHICH MOST COMPANIES NOWADAYS WONT EVEN GIVE YOU A STICKER. TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT, THE ONLY DIFFICULT PART WAS SETTING THE HOSE CLAMPS AND GETTING THEM PERFECT. THE BOTTOM ONE NEEDED SOAP TO GET IT IN BETWEEN THE HOSE AND CVT CASE. WORKS GOOD FOR LOWER RPM RANGE AND HELPS ALOT MORE WHEN JUST SITTING AND IDILING. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT
Easy install, the plug and play aspect was key in making for a clean installation and I can already tell the difference in my belt temps. I like that when I turn off the machine the fan stays on as long as the brake lights are on to continue evacuating the hot air in the clutch housing. Great upgrade.
Apenas e probado su eficiencia para refrescar mi banda CVT acabo de hacer una configuración en mis clutch primario y secundario en nivel 5 talves el clima no era demasiado caliente en la sona que fui a correr mi can-am maverick pero subí unas colinas con una buena inclinación alfinal de unas dos de uan ora ya estaba a unos 8,000 pies de altura en conclusión pienso que es bueno porque la temperatura máxima en mi banda CVT fue de 120F para mi eso es exelete, claro debo probar en un ambiente con mayor temperatura para ver que tal se comporta.
Was very easy to install and looks very high quality and nice. I could tell a huge difference in performance after installing and can tell that the clutching and belt is much cooler. Thank You!
After blowing a belt and shattering my clutch cover I figure I’d give this a try after a riding buddy of mine showed me his setup. I must say this was such an easy install and well worth it if it keeps belt temps down on the lower RPMs. I rock crawl more than anything so this seems like a perfect solution. Can’t ever say enough about build quality on RPM products.

was easy to install less than 20 minutes. works great belt temps went from 195 to 170 in the dunes. prolonging belt longevity sub stanchly. by far one of the best add ons #dotthedunedog and i have added.
At times my CanAm Maverick would throw Check Engine alarms and go into limp mode. Belt inspection showed no problems. This ECF adder has eliminated that problem with no codes anymore. You can feel the heat being blown out of the clutch case which is great and should extend belt life.
Ran this Belt Blower on my 18 Maverick X3 Max XDS (200hp) hard in 80° weather at the dunes and the belt temp NEVER exceeded 145°. Plug and play and Worth the every penny!
