RPM "Cooler" Air Vent Kit - Universal UTV Cab Cooling Kit
When it comes to UTV's, the hot summer days make a lack of air flow sometimes unbearable. RPM, from their own first hand experience, has put together this "Cooler" air vent kit to make hot days, not so hot! This kit uses adjustable louvers that can be open or closed as well as easily adjusting the path of air flow. Air flow is drastically increased by utilizing RPM's custom silicone ram air tubes. Available in straight and 40 degree, these tubes scoop additional air into the louvers and transform ram air into compressed air to not only break up stale air in the cab at your feet, but also provide fresh cooler air into the cab itself. The flexible silicone is impact resistant and can take any hit from tires, sticks, or even rocks. This is a kit of TWO and includes louvers, mounting nuts, worm gear clamps, and silicone ram air tubes. Silicone ram air tubes are 3ply silicone and are easy to cut, shorten, or modify. Uninstalling is made clean and simple with the inclusion of firewall plugs which are essentially thin, flat rubber plugs that would eliminate the hole from the louvers if ever uninstalled, or moved to another vehicle!

Presently one vent on each side, have another set to install if needed. Hole saw size required was easy to determine with a tape measure. Assembly was simple. I should have purchased one set with the angled cones rather than both sets straight but these work. 2022 CF Moto ZForce 950 HO Sport

We installed the cooling vents before our trip to Moab Utah, they worked great to move the air around. We have a CF Motto 4 seater UTV so we installed 4 vents. We showed our brothers this product and they all ordered the vents for their UTVS! The only recommendation I would make is that you offer a larger size vent and mention the hole saw size. On your video you do mention the saw size, but you said it so fast we had to watch it a few times to hear it. Just include it in the written instructions. Overall this worked well. I recommend this product.
Game changer for cooling off the cab. I’m in Southern Baja and it was so hot my wife wouldn’t ride with me. I very happy with the kit and have shared with several friends.
Made a world of difference to get the heat out of the cab. Super easy to install. Once you are moving above 20-30 mph you feel the air coming in.

Easy install makes a big difference
I can feel the airflow. I’m in Arizona and I’m looking forward to getting out in the desert. Driving at 25 mph you can feel the air on your feet. When on the trails the average mph is 16. Can’t wait to get out and see how they perform!
work well allows a lot of cooler air into the cabin
Easy install. It took about 10 to 15 minutes per side. It seems to improve the flow of air to the cabin floor. Vents will stay shut when closed in case of cold weather. For the price I would certainly do it again.

Installation was easy, takes longer to find the tools than the installation time. I’m trying a light filter in one side to control dust etc. Definitely an improvement in air flow to the floor of my pro xp.
Installed in minutes. Airflow is impressive, really can tell a difference in comfort. Well worth the price.

Wow, what a difference. It took me longer to find my hole saw than to install the product. We ride year-round, and this really helps with the summer heat in Southern Utah.

Installed these on my krx4 they do help push some air to your legs. I trimmed the 40 degree kit slightly to get them pointed to the front.

Another great product Jason thanks. For anyone concerned about possible insect intrusion etc. just head to your local Ace Hardware and grab a couple 4 3/8 stainless sink strainers and some epoxy for a quick fab
We have 2022 Polaris 1000 XP 4 Sport and ride in the desert most of time. Heat on warm days inside is bad. Installed today, went for short ride this evening 90's outside difference inside is much better.
