RPM Muffler Baffle / Quiet Core
If you're looking to drop the sound decibels of your RPM muffler here is what you need! This is a high flowing perforated quiet core insert that will fit directly into your muffler. This does require the drilling of a small hole to bolt the quiet core in place. Hardware is included! These are for RPM Mufflers only.

Not sure. More than likely won't use it. Muffler isn't bad without it. Slightly louder than stock.
Definitely works. At 35mph the cab noise was about 96DB in the drivers seat, now with the core it’s hovering around 91 DB. Good addition if your trying to have a conversation while riding
Its just what it says fits great
I used for a different application, but it did quiet down the exhaust on my Jeep.
I had to trim the inner pipe on the outlet for the baffle to go in flush. Marked and drilled hole in outlet for baffle hold-down screw. Little work trimming and drilling s.s. 👍👍

RPM Motorsports, I wanted to take a minute to provide a review of your products. This has been a while in the making as my 2022 Can-Am X3 Turbo RR was delayed for several months. While waiting, I patiently accumulated my build parts and RPM Powersports was chosen for some of the most important pieces. I'm running the RPM Big Mouth 2.5" mid-pipe, Sport Exhaust, blow-off valve, and catch can along with the most recent addition of the quiet core insert. I was impressed with the fitment, finish, and quality of your products. Now after finally getting some seat time and a few hundred miles on the car at the dunes, trails, and everywhere in between all I can say is WOW! The exhaust system by far is a crowd pleaser and the tone is amazing. The song it produces when accelerating and my personal favorite is the burble when lifting off the gas. It just sounds so good! If I had one regret it would be that I didn't get the Ti captain's choice mid-pipe right off the bat. I've been super happy, to say the least, and today got to experience your exemplary customer service. The catch can was the last part to be installed and at some point in the build, I lost the cap to cover the stock intake port. I called RPM customer service, got to speak to a real person, and after admitting my mistake, you still refused to take my money and are sending me a replacement part free of charge. The customer experience is almost a lost art these days and you guys definitely haven't forgotten that crucial part of the business. Great products with great service to back them up. The baffle fit perfect. And I was able to still use the factory spark arrestor after the baffle !

Took some of the high-pitched sharpness out of the tone and created some back pressure. Fit right in the exhaust pipe. Easy install

The race sxs Exaust made it hard to hear coms/radio traffic, with the muffler insert it’s incredibly quieter and were able to hear a lot better.

Actually lowered the noise on my stock exhaust. So that I can drive it through the neighborhood and listen to my music without the loud noise of my exhaust.

Definitely changes the sounds. A lot of state parks require a spark arrestor so definitely worth the purchase. I left it off for now but it’s easy to install if required. Still sounded great with it, just quieter
