Engineered specifically for the RPM 4-Stage Billet Catch Can installed on the Polaris RZR Pro R platform, this complete conversion kit routes clean, separated crankcase air directly back into your factory intake tract—creating a closed PCV system with zero open atmospheric venting.

Open breather filters vent crankcase blow-by directly into the chassis area, leaving your engine bay prone to oily film, drawing unmetered odors into the cabin, and exposing the crankcase to outside elements. On a massive 2.0L, 225-horsepower naturally aspirated engine operating at high RPMs, crankcase volume demands a clean, dependable, and sealed ventilation circuit. This recirculation kit forms an impermeable barrier against fine dust, silt, sand, mud, and water ingress. By returning filtered air back to the intake tract, it harnesses intake depression for continuous crankcase scavenging while keeping your engine protected during aggressive dune runs, deep water crossings, and muddy riding conditions.

The centerpiece of the kit is a CNC-machined billet aluminum top cap assembly equipped with an integrated -10AN port that rotates a full 360 degrees. This swivel design allows you to clock the hose exit at any angle for clean, kink-free plumbing around the Pro R's chassis rails, high-voltage wiring harnesses, coolant hoses, and intake ducting. Each kit comes complete with a Pro R-specific, high-temperature multi-ply silicone return hose, pre-installed fittings, and all required mounting hardware.
