The build quality is top notch and it was very easy to install. It’s been out on a few trail rides and seems to be working very well.
After shutting off the machine for a break on the trails I’ve found that leaving the key on so the blower fan can evacuate hot air from within the clutch housing keeps the belt and clutches from getting heat soaked and helps the belt not slip on your next session. Very good product, I will be purchasing one more for my other machine soon!
Picked up the RPM RZR Pro R ECF electric clutch fan kit and I’m really impressed with it. Install was honestly super easy – it’s all plug‑and‑play off the tail light, trim the factory tube, slip the silicone couplers on, tighten the T‑bolt clamps and plug in the harness. The parts are legit quality too: solid fan housing, heavy‑duty clamps, nice silicone hose, and the wiring looks closer to OEM than some cheap universal kit. Out on the trail you can tell it’s moving a ton of air through the clutch housing (around 225 CFM) to help keep belt temps in check when you’re crawling, loaded down, or in the dunes, which should really help belt and clutch life. Overall, super happy with it and would definitely buy it again.
This was pretty easy to install and works great. It moves a lot of air. Only thing what could be better is if some sort of template came with it for cutting the stock tube.
So far so good when using the ECF fan setup on my 2022 PRO R. I used it during a 100⁰ ambient air temp ride and could tell the blower was pumping out heat.
I ordered two of them, one for another RZR as well as mine, and one of the two arrived damage. Unfortunate event, but RPM did take care if it and immediately sent out a replacement.
