Maverick R EXTREME HD Turbo V-Band Clamp
The stock V-band clamp is good for about one use—at most! Once your machine has a few miles on it, rust inevitably builds up on the factory threads. When you go to remove it, the threads bind, and the bolt snaps. To make matters worse, the factory V-bands are notorious for sticking to the flanges, which often leads to damaging the clamp or exhaust when you try to pry them free.
Enter the RPM SxS EXTREME HD Turbo V-Band Clamp. The pictures speak for themselves—this thing is an absolute beast built to handle extreme abuse and solve those factory headaches for good!
Maverick R Heat Shield Reduction Kit Included! Specifically for the Can-Am Maverick R, we include our custom Heat Shield Reduction Kit. This hardware kit allows you to remove just the small, restrictive portion of the heat shield surrounding the factory clamp. Why is this a game-changer? It gives you significantly more working room and allows you to easily remove your mid-pipe with the turbo shields still on! While not strictly required, this kit is included because it makes installing the HD clamp drastically easier, especially when running an RPM Heat Blanket on any RPM Mid-Pipe.
Features:
-
Extreme HD Construction: Built incredibly tough to withstand heavy off-road abuse and extreme heat cycles.
-
Solves Factory Failures: Eliminates the notorious rusting, thread-jamming, and bolt-snapping issues of the OEM clamp.
-
Maverick R Heat Shield Reduction Kit Included: Provides extra working room at the clamp location.
-
Simplifies Maintenance: Allows for Maverick R mid-pipe removal without removing the entire turbo heat shield assembly.
-
Perfect Pairing: Highly recommended when upgrading to an RPM Mid-Pipe or utilizing an RPM Heat Blanket.
