Utilizing a pair of high-flow, custom-tuned 3" mufflers exiting through the stock rear location, this system lets the Rotax 3-cylinder engine sing with a deep, aggressive race note while preserving optimal engine backpressure.
Constructed entirely from 100% TIG-welded 304 stainless steel, the RPM Sport Muffler sheds a massive 15 lbs off the rear chassis compared to the heavy stock muffler. It features a custom stainless steel bracket that allows you to reuse your factory OEM exhaust tip for a clean, stock exterior appearance. Engineered as a 100% direct bolt-on upgrade, it requires no ECU tuning, retains your factory spark arrestors, and is fully compatible with optional RPM Quiet Cores for noise-sensitive riding areas. Mount it directly to your stock mid-pipe or pair it with any RPM SXS Maverick R Mid-Pipe for maximum exhaust flow.

Install video is insufficient and leaves a lot out! If you manage to complete the installation you’ll notice a throttle response difference and a great new sound and tone from your beast! I’m happy I made the purchase
It is quite a bit louder then I expected.. at about 5k rpm it makes the hair in my inner ear twitch.. not much of a return policy.. dont know if I will be able to take it.. might end up putting stock can back on or getting the evp and selling this... it is VERY well made though and the welds are killer..
I just installed this RPM Sport Pipe and Mid Pipe and it looks amazing very well built easy to install and about half the price of the competitors I have only heard it parked in my garage but am looking forward to hearing it in the Dunes.
Install was pretty straight forward. I have a evolution tune 109 octane. Car was pretty good before. The pipe woke it right up. Was berter than expected. Noise level is great, nice and crisp. Charge tubes fit was perfect. I would recommend this mid pipe and muffler. Works excellent.
Amazing fit and finish, top notch products for sure.
I have it 4 stars, because I was disappointed that the muffler was 1” away from the oil cooler and theirs 10” of open space on the back side. Muffler could have easily been moved further back to keep heat away from oil cooler fans.
Great product , I bought the complete exhaust for my mav r , sounds great and more power and it looks cool , really cleaned up the stock exhaust , I bought the e cut out and love it , I have made many purchases from RPM and always a quality product , I’m going to go with the RPM blows off valve and the complete hose set , thanks again
