Feed your massive 1000cc powerplant the free-flowing air it deserves! The RPM SXS Sport Muffler is engineered and aggressively tested specifically for the high-horsepower engines found in the Polaris Sportsman 1000 S and Scrambler 1000 S models.
Featuring a high-flow, internally baffled core, this performance muffler eliminates restrictive factory backpressure to deliver crisper throttle response, increased horsepower, and a deep, sporty exhaust rumble. Built to take severe off-road abuse, the beautifully polished muffler shell is crafted from premium 304 stainless steel and is 100% TIG-welded for ultimate durability against mud, water, and trail rocks. Weighing in at only 10.6 lbs, it sheds dead weight off the back of your machine.
Designed for a stealthy, factory-finished appearance, this muffler seamlessly retains your OEM heat shields, the factory exhaust tip, and the stock spark arrestor—giving you pure performance without sacrificing factory protection or forest service compliance.
Deep, Sporty Exhaust Tone: Free-flowing, internally baffled core wakes up your 1000cc engine without harsh high-RPM drone.
100% TIG-Welded 304 Stainless Steel: Polished, rust-proof stainless steel construction engineered for extreme durability and heat tolerance.
Ultra-Lightweight Design: Weighs only 10.6 lbs—significantly lighter than the bulky OEM factory muffler.
Seamless OEM Integration: Specially designed to retain your stock factory heat shields, factory exhaust tip, and OEM spark arrestor for a clean, factory look.
Fast 100% Bolt-On Installation: Mounts directly into the stock location using basic hand tools with zero cutting or welding required.

I can't say enough good things about this company. The customer service is what brought me here to write a review. Any video you listen to doesn't do this muffler justice. Trust me when I say you're going to love the sound. Thank you for making a great product and having the best customer service I've ever had to deal with. Much appreciated

The fit and finish are top tier. The installation was very simple. Couldn’t ask for a better product. The rpm muffler gave the 2026 scrambler the sound that it should have came from the factory with. Definitely worth the money and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for something louder.
