We've incorporated a high-end, fully electronic 3" exhaust valve motor into our famous Big Mouth cat-delete—and built it out to a true 3" diameter to maximize performance.
You now get everything you love about the famous RPM SxS Big Mouth, PLUS a 3" electronic dump valve! We've maintained 3" piping entirely through the e-valve system, adapting to 2.5" at the muffler using a custom exhaust gasket that mates seamlessly to a stock setup. This design gives you the most free-flowing mid-pipe on the market while still allowing you to run ANY muffler that accepts the stock mid-pipe. This stainless steel, TIG-welded cat bypass frees up absolute maximum horsepower and substantially lowers radiant heat from your exhaust system. Any restriction—especially the stock catalytic converter—robs you of power. The Big Mouth features alone will net you 6-7 wheel horsepower on a stock tune, even with the valve closed! Your OEM muffler, or our RPM SxS slip-on muffler, bolts straight to this cat-delete e-valve system with NO modifications required.
The 3" E-Valve gives you the option to run a quiet muffler, but at the flip of a switch, you unleash extra horsepower, 500+ more RPMs, and a deep, sporty exhaust tone! Switch it back closed, and you instantly return to a quiet, stock-sounding machine. Unlike the competition, our dump valve system features a smooth transition from the mid-pipe to the valve, delivering the smoothest and most free-flowing dump valve exhaust available. As exhaust gases pass the 3" valve, they exit through our beautiful, signature fish-tail tip. If you're running a data logger or accessory that requires a second O2 bung, we have you covered—all RPM SxS X3 mid-pipes come standard with a second O2 bung at no additional cost.
This kit comes COMPLETE, right down to the zip ties needed to secure your plug-and-play wiring harness! A replacement exhaust bracket and an HD Extreme V-Band Clamp are included to perfectly incorporate the 3" setup, along with easy-to-follow, full-color instructions. Fairly easy install with only 1 modification on the stock heat shield. Could have just bought another to fit but not me. Product was exactly as described, very fast shipping, couldn’t be happier with the whole purchase start to finish.
Installed very easily and sounds amazing. Even with it shut you can hear the turbo more, and sound phenomenal open!
Tip: the bracket they supply, loosely put that on, install the pipe and then tighten down the bracket. I had to email them to figure that out. But they responded very quick! Fast shipping.
The Part is a superior real American made product! Performance was night and day testing this unit out. I was able to shave 5 seconds off my lap time with this pipe and a whalen tune. I could see a huge difference with it open and closed. Sound is loud but barrible. When the pipe is closed its almost stock. I would like to test there muffler out considering I'm running a stock muffler🤔🤔

Turns heads everywhere, sounds amazing the 3 inch makes it sound deep. Definitely reccomend. Quiet if need to be with the stock muffler. The dual 02 allows me to run my afr gauge as well.
Really love the sound out of the 3in it’s nice and loud but also has a deep tone to it and there is a difference from a 2.5 and 3in

Very good sounding exhaust. Favorite part about it is you can switch back to quiet because it is extremely loud! The only thing that would’ve helped me was if the little motor on the exhaust was 100% waterproof because I like to water ride a lot. But still sounds great.

Easy install only thing you might need. Besides hand tools a heavy set of tin snips or a die grinder heat shield trimed out 4 ele. Dump motor and front heat shield bracket has be trimmed a little to keep from hitting dump pipe. Love it with factory muffler. LOUD AND PROUD OR STEALTH MODE when riding local trails . AWSOME set up
Was debating between the 2.5 or 3”. Glad I went with the 3. Really impressed with the quality. Have noticed heat reduction now that the cat is gone. Heat blanket is worth the few bucks. Install took a little longer then I thought. Still is quiet with the valve closed. Once you open it up it’s ridiculously loud!!!!!
Love the sound of the pipe and the way it looks!!! I’ve had it for a year now I got it brand new after a while the valve that open and closes doesn't fully close any more and sounds like I had a soda can in there I’ve replace the little computer once because it stoped working the guys at rpm warrantied it for the first time but it’s a one and done.
First the shipping was fast only 3 or 4 days. Packaged very well so nothing was damaged. Installation was a breeze. I spent more time cutting and shaping the heat shield ti use both brackets to keep it from vibrating and the other to keep hidden as much as possible. Here in the northwest being loud and no cat can get your the wrong attention during woods riding. The sound it great!. I like the option of being able to quiet or loud when I want. GREAT JOB RPM!
Very high quality with amazing mind blowing sounds be explored out of the 3” dump. The install ended up being a lot more time consuming due to the factory bracket location and replacement. I spent more time trying to remove the bracket and reinstalling then I would have liked. Maybe grinding the factory one would be much easier. I also recommend using rubber sleeves for the rear exhaust springs to prevent the rattle. Would I purchase this system again? Heck Ya

The sound that come out is amazing, it brings a smile from corner to corner, especially when you hear and see flames coming out out your CanAmX3 XRS TurboRR. It sounds as it should - badass.
