Turbo RZR Desert Series 3" Full Stainless Exhaust System
This is a VERY light weight full 3" exhaust system designed for anyone from dune riders, desert racers, drag racers, and even trail riders! We utilize a 12" muffler that allows the absolute best sounding exhaust which flows out of our 4", dual wall, slant cut exhaust tip. This system is VERY heavy duty providing the utmost reliability for racers when and where its needed! Our chassis mount is extremely strong and in addition we use a internally lined stainless steel chain link flex pipe. Dual O2 bung ports are standard along with a replacement 3" turbo manifold gasket!

This thing is so loud. It sounds really throaty. Paired with the rpm blow off valve it sounds great on our 2022 turbo R. Getting the stock exhaust bolts out was a nightmare. 2 of them had to be completely drilled out. Recommend changing those as soon as you purchase a rzr if you’re looking to change the exhaust in the future. All in all great product thanks rpm

I love loud exhausts on everything I own, and this is exactly that. I will say unless you’re running a noise canceling headset or want to wear earplugs all day while you’re riding, I’d personally get something quieter. It’s fun and loud but I promise you’ll get tired of it after a while. RPM killed it. Great product and fast shipping.

Great exhaust!! Damn good price! Just love the stainless finish it has really stands out on the Unit. Aswell the sound at open throttle and the turbo whistle it makes when idling down.. Perfect combination with the Fatty tube, BOV, J & Charge tube.

Very nice build quality. Pretty easy install, I soaked the header/turbo bolts down over night and came out fairly easy. This pipe rips. It’s loud, but sounds nasty. Especially under load, WOT.

This exhaust sounds so good in any rpm and the quality is damn good for the price! Only downside to the install was breaking one of the original bolts on the turbo flange, everything else was cake. I’d recommend taking the bed pan out and removing the backseat panel for better visibility. 10/10 would recommend!

Great looking and sounding exhaust! Fit and finish is excellent. It is very loud not an issue for me but be ready, it’s very raw sounding in full boost. Also not anything with the RPM exhaust but the factory bolts to the turbo are a bear to get off.

It's loud, but I like it that way. Turbo spools up really fast, you'll need a good blow off valve. Power increase is very noticeable. Looks really nice. Was sent with the wrong mount but they were quick to correct it. Good idea to buy the heat wrap at the elbow. Gets some attention when climbing those hills at the dunes.
