Set the benchmark for alpine performance and bulletproof reliability with RPM’s Heavy-Duty 6-Ply Silicone Charge and Intake Tube Kit specifically tailored for Gen 5 Ski-Doo and Lynx 850 Turbo models! While factory rubber tubes are notorious for swelling, cracking, and blowing out—ruining high-country powder days even on stock machines—RPM engineered an uncompromising 6-ply solution built to withstand extreme boost pressures and frigid mountain environments.

Unlike thin 4-ply competitor offerings that suffer from awkward routing and tight steering clearance, RPM spent extensive R&D optimizing tube geometry for the Gen 5 chassis. By dramatically increasing overall internal volume, this kit lowers Intake Air Temperatures (IAT) and smoothes airflow into the engine while guaranteeing zero interference with the steering stem's full range of motion.

Designed with ultimate versatility in mind, the charge tube features an integrated 25mm BOV port to seamlessly accept the RPM Blow-Off Valve (a billet 25mm plug is included for non-BOV setups), as well as a dedicated boost reference/accessory port for hookup to boost gauges or pressure-activated switches. Every kit ships complete with heavy-duty rolled-edge worm gear clamps that secure firmly without cutting or slicing into the silicone material.

It takes a little work to wrestle them in place. Once in, they fit great. Tip: soak them in hot water so they are more pliable to work with.

It kinda sucks to get in but fits and looks great. I haven’t been able to try it out because we have no snow. It definitely more rigid and I think it makes more turbo noises.
