Engineered with TRUE 2.5" stainless piping all the way through, this system utilizes a custom exhaust gasket that mates seamlessly to a factory setup. The TIG-welded 304 stainless steel cat-bypass eliminates power-robbing exhaust restriction and drastically lowers under-hood radiant heat while allowing you to reuse all factory heat shields. On a completely stock tune with the valve closed, the Big Mouth mid-pipe architecture alone nets 6–7 wheel horsepower gains. Flip the included backlit dash switch to open the electronic dump valve, and you instantly unleash extra horsepower, 250+ additional RPMs, lower exhaust gas temperatures, and a deep, throaty race tone through RPM's signature fishtail tip! Switching it back closed instantly returns your machine to a quiet, stock-sounding trail cruiser. Designed for total convenience, it bolts directly to the stock muffler, an RPM Slip-On, or any aftermarket muffler that accepts the factory mid-pipe using OEM-style brackets with zero custom modifications required.

Install was a little hairy but nothing too difficult. Make sure to set aside at least a couple hours to work on this. I definitely recommend buying the RPM Spring tool. Makes it go a lot easier. This sounds amazing especially with the BOV added, when the valve is closed it’s quiet as can be, the tone is different because of the cat delete (obviously) but sounds close to stock, when you hit the switch and the valve opens it sounds like a whole different machine. This is best option if you want the best of both worlds!

Worked good for first hundred miles or so then started to rattle, tried several different motors but still rattles. $650 wast of money will be cutting it up and replacing with a resonator tossing the evalve in the trash.
