Tailored specifically for non-intercooled Can-Am Maverick X3 models, the RPM SXS Blow-Off Valve (BOV) Kit is the ultimate plug-and-play upgrade for 120HP and 135HP machines! Because these non-intercooled models feature a unique factory intake tract, this kit completely replaces the restrictive OEM charge tube with RPM's base-model-specific silicone charge tube, featuring a custom integrated 25mm BOV port.
Without a factory blow-off valve, trapped charge pressure slams back into the compressor wheel when you lift off the throttle. This violent compressor surge slows down turbo spool and accelerates bearing wear. The RPM BOV releases this built-up pressure instantly, protecting your turbocharger and dramatically improving throttle response when you jump back on the gas. Fully adjustable using the included tuning springs, the billet aluminum valve comes complete with a high-flow filter and hydrophobic pre-filter for severe water, mud, and dust protection. Installation is fast, straightforward, and 100% bolt-on—arriving complete with a stainless steel vacuum reference port, high-temp silicone vacuum line, and optional recirculation routing compatibility!

Amazing fit and finish. Top notch quality and was easy straightforward install. Takes about an hour to make sure everything is routed and secured correctly. Does as its intended. Improved throttle response most noticeable and the whoosh sound never gets old. RPM is my go too for can am parts.
