Upgrade your early Can-Am Maverick X3 with the RPM SXS Blow-Off Valve (BOV) Kit! In just about 20 minutes, you can improve boost response, drastically prolong the life of your turbocharger, and get that iconic, crisp turbo "swoosh" sound!
The 2017–2019 Can-Am X3 models come from the factory with zero provisions for a blow-off or diverter valve. When you lift off the throttle, trapped pressure in the charge pipes has nowhere to go and slams back into the compressor wheel. This violent turbulence slows down the impeller, creates compressor surge, and causes premature turbo bearing wear. The RPM BOV Kit solves this by safely releasing charge pressure on throttle lift, keeping your turbo spooled for instant response when you get back on the gas.
Since the stock machine lacks a valve port, this kit includes a high-flow, custom-molded high-pressure silicone primary charge tube (available in Black or Blue) that connects the turbo compressor directly to the intercooler piping, locating the BOV conveniently right behind the driver's compartment access panel. To supply an accurate vacuum reference, RPM includes a 2-piece machined billet manifold port featuring an unbreakable stainless steel nipple and CNC-machined aluminum hold-down that fits tightly into the factory intake manifold block-off location. Fully CNC-machined from billet aluminum with precision-anodized internal pistons, the RPM BOV guarantees smooth piston seating, zero boost leaks, and razor-sharp valve actuation.

Love the different levels of springs definitely a neck breaker
Had it on my previous 120hp x3 so I had to make this a necessary upgrade when I got this Turbo R. Simply put, this is such a pleasure to hear on the trail, can’t ever get enough of that sound.
