RZR XPT " Big Fatty " HD Silicone Intake Tube What sets our intake tube apart from everyone else's is that it is5ply,6mm thick,Wire Reinforced, and does NOTbottleneck at the shock,OReither opening. In fact the opening of our Big Fatty tube has a venturi intake shape allowing for quick direct access to fresh air. At the airbox our tube meets the factory plastic snout of the airbox with a port matched seamless fit.
This is a MUST HAVE item for stock AND definitely modified machines! The stock intake tube can collapse when warm, or under higher than stock boost levels causing the intake to collapse & clog itself and starve for air. The factory tube is simply to thin and weak. The RPM SxS " Big Fatty " intake tube does not have the same restrictive design and clears aftermarket shock springs with ease. It's 5 ply's of reinforcement totaling 6mm thick with a internal wire reinforcement make this intake tube a must have for the high HP machine! This thing simply DOES NOT collapse! Along with the Big Fatty intake tube you will receive the needed stainless steel T-bolt clamps to secure it to the airbox snout. This install is so easy and straightforward that instructions were hard to create! A simple 10 minute install! Replaces OEM Part # 5416487 & 5414691

The machine runs so much stronger healthy. I also added a tutor which added to that with the items I purchased from you made it so strong probably about 45 hp more without the restrictions.
Install wasn't to hard at all factory tubes had small cracks so great upgrade sounds great now and have ease of mind not having to worry about parts failing
Great product, pretty straight forward installation. I purchased knowing these tubes would be an improvement over the cheap, uneven, and restrictive factory piping but I was surprised by how much of an upgrade these really are. The increased airflow equates to improved efficiency, the silicon tubes will last forever removing the worry of cracks leading to debris ingestion and or boost leaks resulting in loss of power.
The blow off valve included seems to improve throttle response while riding, more miles are needed to confirm this.
I 10/10 recommend this kit, for the price point you’d be crazy to look elsewhere. Install was completed by myself in about 2 hours which included removal of driver rear shock and muffler for access to the throttle body. No need to remove the rear tire, again with simple house hold tools and a little patience this kit installed very easily.

Did you send me the right kit for a 2022 Polaris pro xp sport ?? The fatty intake I had to go to NAPA and pay 20 dollars for the big C clamp to fit and the intake box and angle is wrong to air filter box and the J tube. Branch close to coolant tank plugged return air it hits the cross bar - and bottom angle. Seems wrong and not long enough to reach turbo sleeve I’ve YouTube every video y can find
