Eliminate performance-robbing exhaust bottlenecks and unlock maximum power from your turbo Rotax engine! Beautifully constructed from polished, 100% TIG-welded 304 stainless steel, the RPM SXS 3" Resonated Mid-Pipe is engineered to let your Maverick R breathe freely while keeping exhaust harshness in check with an integrated 6" resonator.

While the factory turbo features a full 3" exhaust flange, the stock mid-pipe immediately chokes airflow down to 2.5" (and further constricts to 2" inside the factory muffler). The RPM SXS Mid-Pipe replaces this restriction with a smooth, full 3" diameter pipe all the way through, drastically relieving exhaust backpressure off the turbine wheel, lowering EGTs (exhaust gas temperatures), and accelerating turbo spool.

Utilizing a proprietary 3" I.D. graphite ball-end gasket engineered with OEM curvature, this mid-pipe bolts directly to the stock muffler, any aftermarket muffler designed for factory fitment, or any RPM SXS Maverick R performance muffler. Shedding 2 lbs compared to stock and requiring no mandatory ECU tuning, it is the ultimate foundation for both stock machines and high-horsepower big-turbo builds!
