2016-2025 Polaris RZR XPT, Turbo R & PRO Turbo Blow Off Valve Kit
Our BOV is a machined billet anodized unit. Our valves are machined to precision tolerances allowing for perfectly seated pistons that operate extremely smooth. This allows for the smoothest of throttle response and worry free BOV operation.
The RPM BOV is a MUST HAVE item to replace your machines that uses a plastic BOV that is known to warp OR a machine with no BOV at all!
Our extremely detailed instructions make for an easy installation. We have tested over 5000 miles with our valve using a diverter tube vs a filter or outerwear and have had NO dust, build up, or sticking issues found with the cheap valves. Our conditions were a combination of dusty Centennial Wyoming trails, sandy river riding, dirt trail with mud, and river crossings. If you'd still like to run one, a filter with pre-filter IS include but not needed!
Our BOV mounts in the stock location and no extras are needed! A billet plug is included for the markets loudest WOOSH noise from any BOV! The BOV is a direct factory replacement with perfect fitment. This is common upgrade as the stock plastic BOV is prone to failure from warping.

Had to cut the inlet side to turbo do to being to long and not designed for my 2019 1000 xp turbo le crank case hose is into the shock and spring.

I was riding in WV last year when a guy came by with one of these bov's and I asked him what brand it was and he said RPM. I knew when I got a new machine I had to have one and this was the first accessory I threw on there when I bought a Turbo R. I bought it strictly for the woosh sound but once I took off the stock Polaris bov I realized how crappy it was made and felt allot better about about the new bov being in its place. This makes the bike sound great and the more boost you build, the better it sounds. Love it

This BOV sounds amazing on my new turbo r4. None of the videos I can find do it justice! The kids smile and laugh so hard everytime they hear it. After I added the rpm charge tubes it seemed to help even more. The 2.5” cut out exhaust sounds much better than expected as well. Love being able to switch it from loud to quiet, we ride through a small town and don’t want people to have anything else to complain about to prevent UTVs being on the streets legally. Thanks RPM!

Great product! I had to switch out to a stiffer spring than came in it. Thankfully it comes with extra springs. It kept blowing off on acceleration. After changing it works perfectly and sounds awesome.

Processing from RPM was quick and the BOV is very robust. Easy installation and it comes with everything you need. Multiple springs, extra o-rings, lube, hose clamps, filter, and even a rain sock.
To sum it up, the machine used to just go “grrr”, now it goes “grrr whoooshhhhhhh”.

2019 XP4 Turbo
I have been chasing a problem for a few weeks and even took a trip to Glamis after getting an EVO stage 2 and stage 3 clutch
My car was having backfire issues in the high RPM range and a loss of power that left me feeling unsafe to attempt to hit sand bowls.
Changed the fuel pump
Spark plugs
Air filter
Belt
Fluids
Just kept throwing money at it and nothing was improving the performance
After doing a bunch of research I felt that it might be a problem with the Air / Furl flow.
I ordered
The cold Air intake Big Fatty tube
J-Tube
Charge Tube
And RPM stainless muffler
Blow Off Valve
The order arrived like a lightning bolt and the packaging was amazing.
It took about an hour and a half to make the swap
Test drive after the upgrades was Niggt and Day before the Pre-Swap test drive
Back Fire is GONE
Power is amazing

The BOV works as advertised. The spring that comes installed in it works great, but a little too much whoosh when driving down the road. So I changed it out with the heaviest spring in the kit. Now the only time you get the whoosh is when you let off the gas. I’m very pleased.
