Manufactured from high-grade 304 stainless steel, the RPM SXS Full 3" Catless Sport Muffler features an internally baffled perforated core designed to move beyond a simple straight-through setup. The result is a beautifully deep, aggressive exhaust note that enhances your vehicle's soundtrack while shaving off a massive amount of weight and seamlessly retaining your factory rear fascia.
Wondering where it sits on the sound scale? The Sport Muffler lands right in the sweet spot of RPM's Pro R loudness chart—noticeably louder and throatier than our near-stock Chambered Muffler, yet smoother and less raspy than our full-bore Race Muffler. Revolutionary 3" Factory-Appearing Exhaust Tip:
The factory Pro R rear fascia was specifically designed around an OEM "isosceles trapezoid" tip layout. Unfortunately, the stock exhaust bottlenecks a 3" muffler inlet down to a highly restrictive 2.5" exit. While other aftermarket brands settle for round "car-style" tips that awkward-looking fitment against factory plastics, RPM painstakingly 3D-scanned and reverse-engineered the OEM shape. The result is a custom-molded, true 3" stainless steel tip that flows massive air, fits the factory fascia flawlessly, and can even be easily adjusted to sit countersunk for an ultra-sleek custom look!

Having manufactured replacement gaskets for years, RPM knows proper sealing. While competitors use cheap cone-style flanges that create uneven pressure points and blown gaskets, our precision-replicated OEM flange guarantees evenly distributed clamping force for maximum seal integrity and extended gasket life.

I was worried it would be to loud, but it sounds amazing!

It’s loud!, it’s shiney and it’s bad ass!! Love the sound. Very pipey if you know…it’s either you love or you don’t! Goes well with the “big core” header pipe as well
This company was so very helpful in helping pull off a surprise gift for my husband. They even used different plain tape as no not give it away if he saw the box! Very fast shipping too, Made it to me in two days. Replied to all of my questions. Great customer service! Five stars!!!
Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Had problems of mounting brackets being wrong. And I paid for 2 day shipping. They wouldn’t refund the shipping. Tried to say it was done in shipping. But the box was in perfect shape!!! Never again. Would not to recommend to anyone.
