Our Stage 3 XL Intercooler Kit is engineered specifically for heavily tuned, high-boost, or aggressively driven H2s. At the heart of this system is a massive aluminum bar-and-plate core measuring 16" Wide x 11" Tall x 4" Thick—delivering 33% more surface area and a staggering 113% increase in core volume over the factory intercooler. This massive core virtually eliminates heat soak, pulling extreme thermal energy out of the compressed charge air so your H2 delivers consistent, peak horsepower pull after pull.
To cool this massive core, the Stage 3 XL features dual high-flow 8-inch, 10-blade brushless fans mounted to a custom aluminum shroud lined with EPDM foam seals. Unlike the leaky factory shroud that allows hot air to bypass the core, this airtight shroud forces 100% of the fans' massive airflow through the intercooler core. Discharge air is then blown across the top of the engine block to help lower overall engine operating temperatures.
Despite its massive cooling capacity, the Stage 3 XL mounts in the stock location utilizing factory mounting points and hardware—and even reuses the original red factory intercooler cover for an aggressive OEM-plus engine bay look!

If you're wanting to make some more horsepower and more torque. This is a must-have upgrade. Engine heat and boost temperatures are what kills these motors on the H2. It robs you of horsepower. Adding the stage 3 XL intercooler allows for the most airflow and coolest boost temperatures possible. This is a must-have upgrade.
