RPM Billet " Cooler " P90x Clutch Cover / Brace
Machined from 6061 billet, our P90x clutch brace is built for pure strength without adding unneeded weight. In addition to being substantially stronger than the stock weak cast piece, we integrated raised braces to increase CFM Air Flow. Essentially we have turned the clutch brace cover into a reinforced fan! This increase in clutch air movement helps reduce belt temperature increasing belt life. The P90x clutch is no slouch and a great clutch, this simply addresses the weak spot of that clutch which is the side to side AND outward flex of the clutch towers. Another common issue with the factory design is the bushing will walk outward out of the brace, have machined a bushing retention lip into our brace that will not allow this to happen.

Easy way to add support to my primary clutch. I installed it without having to remove clutch . I hand loosened all six bolts . Then used small impact to remove three . Then removed last three little bit at a time until clutch cover came off . I pushed RPM new billet cover on with a little pressure and had some one help hand tighten three bolts on . After that I hand tighten the last 3 bolts then tighten all bolts little bit at a time without over tighten. Then hand torque to spec . I also used lock tight on bolts , because I notice they had some from factory.

Super easy to install, even by myself with the clutch on the machine. Looks like it’s very well made. As a couple others have mentioned, at idle I can faintly hear it rubbing the clutch cover, but it goes away when the rpm’s are slightly increased.
Good quality cover and the fact that it reinforces the clutch while also working as a fan is a plus. Not only does it perform well, it looks incredible and with billet , you can never go wrong.
So I have a 2024 pro XP I install the clutch brace looks great, but once I put the plastic cover back on, it was hitting the cover. I did grind down the plastic a little bit to see if that helps did not help I had to grind the aluminum brace down to get it to stop hitting the cover. so I don’t know if it’s the powder coating or the brace is a little too thick at the top where it gets close to the plastic but I did have to grind it quite a bit off there to get it to stop hitting.
Super easy to install! Way stronger and better looking than factory. A little pricey in my opinion. I worked in a machine shop. BUT If you putt around you don’t need it…but if you run hard? Probably should have this especially with Polaris being sketchy on clutch issues or any issues for that matter. Definitely top notch part.
