Unlike traditional mufflers that rely on fiberglass packing that burns out over time, this system features a 100% fully mechanical chambered internal core. Utilizing a precise series of pass-through chambers and internal flared tubes, it dampens harsh exhaust tones naturally and never degrades or gets louder over time. Revolutionary 3" Factory-Appearing Exhaust Tip:

The factory Pro R rear fascia was designed specifically around an OEM "isosceles trapezoid" tip layout. Unfortunately, the stock exhaust bottlenecks a 3" muffler inlet down to a highly restrictive 2.5" exit. While other aftermarket brands settle for round "car-style" tips that fit awkwardly against factory plastics, RPM painstakingly 3D-scanned and reverse-engineered the OEM shape. The result is a custom-molded, true 3" stainless steel tip that flows massive air, fits the factory fascia flawlessly, and can even be easily adjusted to sit countersunk for an ultra-sleek custom look!

Built Tough & Fully Compatible:

Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel inside and out, this muffler is built to handle extreme thermal cycles and severe off-road abuse. It mounts directly into all OEM rubber hangers, re-uses the factory exhaust gasket, and bolts up seamlessly to either the stock header or the high-flow RPM Big Core Header.
