How do we spice up our famous Chambered Pro R Muffler? Add an electric valve, of course! With our Pro R Chambered Muffler being the most in-demand exhaust to hit the Pro R market, RPM SXS knew it was time to integrate an electronic valve for riders who want whisper-quiet trail cruising AND wide-open, rowdy sound on demand!

We modified and mechanically baffled the crossover chambers of our standard chambered muffler and added an electronic dump valve directly into the primary chamber. Opening the valve allows exhaust gases to bypass the sound-dampening chambers and route directly into the exit chamber. With the valve closed, this system is actually quieter than our standard chambered muffler; flip the backlit dash toggle switch to open the E-valve, and it transforms into an unrestricted race setup with a deep, aggressive tone that sings under heavy throttle.

The muffler itself features a 100% mechanical chambered design that utilizes zero wearable packing to burn out or deteriorate over time. Using a series of engineered pass-through chambers and internal flared pipes, it delivers optimal backpressure and airflow velocity capable of supporting everything from stock engines up to Stage 5 E85 tunes. Constructed inside and out from 304 stainless steel, it weighs 7 lbs lighter than stock, mounts cleanly using OEM rubber hangers, reuses the factory exhaust gasket, and connects seamlessly to the stock header or the RPM Big Core header. It is finished off with RPM's signature 3" OEM-replicated exhaust tip (available in Brushed Stainless, Titanium Blue, or Matte Black) to fit the factory rear fascia perfectly with no ECU tuning required!
