This ultra-lightweight full 3" exhaust system is engineered for dune riders, desert racers, drag racers, and trail riders who demand maximum flow and extreme durability! Weighing in at an incredible only 9 lbs, this complete system eliminates heavy factory restriction while drastically lowering rear-end chassis weight.
Built around a high-flow 12" stainless muffler, this exhaust delivers a deep, aggressive sport tone highlighted by a notable, crisp turbo whistle. Exhaust gases exit through a stunning 4" dual-wall, slant-cut tip designed to fit perfectly within the factory rear fascia. To withstand the brutal vibration and chassis flex of competitive off-road racing, the system features a heavy-duty reinforced chassis mount and an internally lined stainless steel chain-link flex pipe to prevent stress cracking at the turbo manifold. Equipped with dual O2 sensor bungs (for factory and wideband sensors), every kit comes complete with a replacement 3" turbo manifold gasket, high-strength manifold bolts, and Loctite for a 100% leak-free, bolt-on installation!

Took my time taking the old stuff off and put in the new stuff on couple hours to put together. Stock bolts were a little tight to get out but I got them sounds great. Especially with the blow off valve.

This thing is so loud. It sounds really throaty. Paired with the rpm blow off valve it sounds great on our 2022 turbo R. Getting the stock exhaust bolts out was a nightmare. 2 of them had to be completely drilled out. Recommend changing those as soon as you purchase a rzr if you’re looking to change the exhaust in the future. All in all great product thanks rpm

This exhaust sounds so good in any rpm and the quality is damn good for the price! Only downside to the install was breaking one of the original bolts on the turbo flange, everything else was cake. I’d recommend taking the bed pan out and removing the backseat panel for better visibility. 10/10 would recommend!
Great looking and sounding exhaust! Fit and finish is excellent. It is very loud not an issue for me but be ready, it’s very raw sounding in full boost. Also not anything with the RPM exhaust but the factory bolts to the turbo are a bear to get off.

The toughest part of the whole thing is taking off the old exhaust. Putting the heat blanket protection on is very tricky, but with the use of an automobile pick that I got at the local auto parts store. I was able to complete the job and felt pretty good about my installation.
