RPM SxS Kawasaki Teryx H2 Big Mouth Muffler Replacement w/ 6" Resonator

With many dyno comparisons, changes to tubing size and bends, we've landed here on the perfect OEM muffler replacement with integrated resonator. We added a 6" resonator for maximum flow efficiency and the smoothest possible performance, while significantly reducing rasp and unwanted noise from the exhaust tone. A slight increase to 50mm tubing created the ideal exhaust flow balance leading to the factory rear muffler.

This is a true direct replacement for the primary OEM muffler. Instead of a simple straight pipe or crude delete, we engineered a high-flow 6" resonator right where it delivers the most benefit.

When installed, the resonator knocks down the noise for a much quieter, more refined tone. You still get a deep, aggressive roar and strong power delivery when you want it, without the constant rasp or drone of typical straight pipe deletes.

It mounts using the factory mounting brackets, factory-style gaskets, and factory hardware. 100% bolt-on with zero cutting, welding, or modifications required. No tuning needed either. It installs exactly like the stock muffler.

Built from high quality stainless steel with precision TIG welding for maximum durability and flow. This design unlocks real performance gains on a stock tune while reducing heat radiation compared to the stock muffler. Add a tune and the gains become even more phenomenal.

We've included a second 18mm O2 bung for easy dyno work or wideband data logging, while keeping the factory O2 sensor location fully intact for normal operation. A muffler side gasket is included. We recommend replacing the header-side gasket at the same time (not required).
