RPM CFMoto 3" Spark Arrestor Insert with Quiet Core

RPM CFMoto 3" Spark Arrestor Insert with Quiet Core

Keep your CFMoto trail-legal and lower exhaust noise levels without sacrificing free-flowing performance! The RPM SXS CFMoto performance muffler lineup upgrades the standard factory 2.5" outlet to a massive, free-flowing 3" custom tip. Because this enlarged tip removes the factory spark arrestor, RPM engineered this direct-fit drop-in insert specifically for riders navigating US Forest Service (USFS) regulated trails, public lands, and sound-sensitive riding areas.

Constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, this multi-function insert wraps a USFS-approved spark arrestor screen around RPM's custom perforated Quiet Core baffle. This design effectively catches hot embers and lowers exhaust decibel (dB) output to comfortable levels for all-day riding—all while maintaining the high-velocity airflow required for tuned CFMoto engines. It drops directly into any 3" RPM SXS CFMoto muffler tip and secures in minutes with simple hand tools!

(Note: For maximum performance, throttle response, and optimal fuel mapping when running exhaust upgrades, we recommend pairing your setup with custom ECU tuning from our performance partners at LaRue Performance).
