RPM Big Mouth
Cat Delete, Bypass Pipe, Mid Pipe For
Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo ALL Years Turbo, Turbo R and RR
Unlike all others, the RPM bypass pipe has large and smooth inner diameter transition for equal and smooth air flow with a 2.5" diameter ALL THE WAY THROUGH!! Most all aftermarket and the stock headers are 2.5" and right before the muffler taper down to 2" restricting exhaust flow severely. Our Mid Pipe includes a replacement gasket to compensate for the new larger opening.
This Stainless, TIG welded X3 Cat Bypass Pipe Exhaust frees up the absolute most HP and substantially lowers temperature radiating from the exhaust system. Any restriction, especially the stock catalytic converter after the turbo, directly reducehorsepower. The RPM Cat bypass will net you 6-7 wheel horsepower with the stock tune. Tuning is NOT needed for a mid pipe alone! All factory heat shields can be reused! Factory, or our RPM Powersports slip on muffler fits straight to this cat delete with NO modifications!

Pipe looks great and sounds better.The springs presented a bit of a challenge because of the angle of the spring hooks on the new pipe.I broke the spring tool that I got with the new parts and had to use para-cord and a piece of pipe.

Nice Component. In the flex portion of the pipe, there were several small wires sticking out, allowing me the opportunity of donating blood to the cause. Once installed, the pipe works great! It would be nice if you included a sealant for the o2 bung plug.

The attention to detail is worth every penny. Tig welds are perfect. Fit n finish is perfect. Price is better than anything else out there. The only complaint I have is that the stock heatshields do not fit very well unless you cut a clearance hole in the upper shield to clear the 2nd sensor boss. Its easy to cut a 1.5" hole in the shield, but it still gets a 9 out of 10 for the extra work required.

Noticeable difference in temperature.
I went for a 2 minute hard run and the cat was glowing red afterwards.
After the cat delete install. No issues and no glowing parts for the same run.

Great fit and finish! Pipe is perfectly built with great welds and bolts right up. Flows so much better, and gives it a little deeper tone with factory muffler. Throttle is noticeably more responsive out of the hole. Noticed my engine temperature was running about 10 degrees cooler as well. Would recommend the big mouth mid pipe for sure! Can’t beat the price for such a quality cat delete pipe.

Easy bolt on replacement, took approximately 30 to remove and replace. Great quality material and great welds! Was skeptical about adding the hd clamp and spring tool but definitely worth it. Make the job easier and big difference in the clamp vs stock. Not to loud with oem muffler, just enough to enjoy it and be able to hear the turbo.
