For XPEDITION owners who tackle tight trails, technical rock crawling, heavy dune running, or haul heavy cargo weight, increased vehicle load inevitably results in scorching temperatures inside the clutch housing. This trapped heat is the #1 cause of premature belt failure, glazing, and shortened clutch life. The RPM ECF Kit solves this head-on by forcing a continuous 225 CFM of cool air through the clutch housing—actively flushing out unwanted heat so your entire CVT system stays cool and reliable.

Unlike standard inline fans that become a restrictive bottleneck at higher speeds, RPM's oversized housing is engineered to increase total air volume while eliminating bottlenecks. ⚠️ MANDATORY REQUIREMENT NOTE: This clutch blower fan is designed as an add-on upgrade and MUST be paired with the RPM SXS XPEDITION Clutch Intake Silicone Tube. You MUST already have the RPM Silicone Clutch Intake Tube installed on your machine for this fan to fit and function. It will NOT connect directly to the stock factory rubber intake duct.

This Clutch fan is a very worthwhile addition to any SxS. It was extremely easy to install, and lowered my average belt temps by more than 30°f. The one suggestion I’d make to RPM is to add a harness disconnect plug near the fan, so that the fan can be removed from the machine when removing the clutch cover, rather than dangling it from its wires. (I cut the wires and added one myself) With it wiring into the taillights, it’s a bit much of a process to remove the entire harness when one needs to do clutch testing with the clutch cover off. Still highly recommended!
