RPM Pro R 3" Race Pipe
This muffler was designed for those who like LOUD. This uses a 4" bullet muffler with RPM's signature internal "Baffle Blade". This is a internal, unrestrictive baffle that creates the needed back pressure the inline 2.0 liter Pro R needs for optimal performance. This entire muffler weighs in at only 4.5LB's and is designed and built with the racers in mind. The OEM gasket is used & bolts into the factory location. This RPM Race Pipe is built from polished 304 stainless and is a full 3" pipe. This Muffler uses and includes the signature RPM, factory appearing 3" tip!
Lets talk about the exhaust tip.....
The factory rear fascia the exhaust exits from was designed around the exhaust tip, this design is called a "Isosceles Trapezoid". The absolute biggest downfall of the factory exhaust is this....The inlet of the factory muffler is 3", with the restriction of the factory catalytic converter it is bottlenecked at the exit & tip which are reduced to 2.5". This was the bottleneck of the exhaust system that needed addressed. While others struggled to "design" a exhaust tip that fit the factory rear fascia, we got to it and knew what needed to be done. Rather than use a typical "car" style exhaust tip we knew we must retain the factory shape. We painstakingly re-designed the factory tip using 3D scans and models. After building our press molds, testing, re-building, and test fitting, we finally achieved a finished product. A factory like 3" tip that appears OEM and perfectly fits the OEM rear fascia. Our tip can be easily modified to be countersunk in the rear fascia providing a more sleeker look.
Lets talk about the gasket flange...
We have for years manufactured our own replacement OEM style gaskets, with this knowledge & experience we knew that we needed to replicate the OEM flange for best performance. While some attempt to use cone style sealing flanges, we replicated the OEM flange in order to preserve gasket life. No pressure points, only evenly distributed gasket pressure for maximized sealing.

Super easy to install super loud but sounds amazing
Great product, we purchased for our desert racing car and it was a fast shipping and the sound was amazing. We installed and had a race right after and it held up really good. We only had issues with the tip bolt but decided to weld it in place since we do racing. But over all great product for the price.
I just finished installing the race pipe on my 2024 razor Pro R ultimate and it is amazing! I would highly recommend it to anybody looking to upgrade their exhaust sound and performance. I promise you will not be disappointed. I can’t emphasize enough how happy I am with this racing pipe. It feels like my pro R can breathe better and seems lighter to the pedal. The sound is loud, true racing experience. It will make heads turn, no doubt. It is a huge difference maker, day and night guaranteed. Just buy it, I’m telling you it is worth every penny. Installation is super simple and quick. Buy it I promise you will not be disappointed! I wanted to make sure I write this review because I did a lot of research and I stressed a lot on what to buy and I’m glad I purchased this one.
Absolutely love this exhaust. If you want loud this is the way to go. This is the best bang for your buck on the market. Super light compared to stock sounds great and is affordable, not to mention the finish is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend. I was waiting on rpm to post anything showcasing the sound but was too impatient. Super glad I went ahead and pulled the trigger on this one.

I ordered the race exhaust for my 2025 Pro R and it arrived in a couple days.It was well packaged and I was impressed with the quick delivery.This muffler is almost to pretty to get dirty.The workmanship is second to none.The installation was easy and all supports and brackets lined up like a factory part.The most impressive part is the sound!I like loud and this muffler is LOUD!Has a deep throaty sound and now my machine has the exhaust of a race car!RPM knocked this one out of the park.
Love the exhaust. It's definitely crazy loud but that's what I was looking for. Your neighbors will probably hate your guts but who cares what they think.
