Constructed from high-grade 304 stainless steel, the RPM SXS Full 3" Catless Dual Sport Muffler utilizes two of RPM's legendary 3" Sport Mufflers in parallel. By moving beyond a single core, this dual-muffler design achieves a beautifully deep, refined exhaust tone while remaining lightweight and seamlessly retaining your factory rear fascia styling.

The Dual Sport Muffler lands right in the sweet spot of RPM's Pro R loudness chart—throatier and deeper than our near-stock Chambered Muffler, yet smoother and slightly more subdued than our single Sport Muffler and Race Muffler. Revolutionary 3" Factory-Appearing Exhaust Tip:

The factory Pro R rear fascia was specifically designed around an OEM "isosceles trapezoid" tip layout. Unfortunately, the stock exhaust bottlenecks a 3" muffler inlet down to a highly restrictive 2.5" exit. While other aftermarket brands settle for round "car-style" tips that fit awkwardly against factory plastics, RPM painstakingly 3D-scanned and reverse-engineered the OEM shape. The result is a custom-molded, true 3" stainless steel tip that flows massive air, fits the factory fascia flawlessly, and can even be easily adjusted to sit countersunk for an ultra-sleek custom look!

Precision OEM-Style Gasket Flange:

Having manufactured replacement gaskets for years, RPM knows proper sealing. While competitors use cheap cone-style flanges that create uneven pressure points and blown gaskets, our precision-replicated OEM flange guarantees evenly distributed clamping force for maximum seal integrity and extended gasket life.

⚠️ TURBO / FORCED INDUCTION OPTION NOTE: A specialized Turbo Muffler Option is available specifically for forced induction, high-horsepower, or nitrous-fed Pro R builds. This variant removes internal baffles to eliminate backpressure for maximum turbo efficiency. (Not recommended for stock naturally-aspirated engines as reducing backpressure can negatively impact NA performance).

Very nice quality well built sounds awesome little louder than expected at first but not long to get used to . Putting the exhaust tip on was a little bit of a challenge when I would tighten it down I could not keep it straight so I ended up drilling a pilot hole in one side and placing a bolt there first to hold it in place . Overall very nice quality 👌!
