Because this enlarged tip removes the factory spark arrestor, RPM engineered this direct-fit drop-in insert specifically for riders navigating US Forest Service (USFS) regulated trails, public lands, and sound-sensitive riding areas.
Constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, this multi-function insert wraps a USFS-approved spark arrestor screen around RPM's custom perforated Quiet Core baffle. This design effectively catches hot embers and lowers exhaust decibel (dB) output to comfortable levels for all-day riding—all while maintaining the high-velocity airflow required for tuned CFMoto engines. It drops directly into any 3" RPM SXS CFMoto muffler tip and secures in minutes with simple hand tools!
