The RPM E-Valve is a TRUE 3" free flowing design with a proprietary custom tip designed to follow the body lines and compliment the shape of the stock tip! Although not round, our tip retains 3" of circumference resulting in NO restrictions.
Transform the quiet stock sound of your Maverick R to the mean sound of the 3 cylinder Rotax at the push of a button! RPM SxS has incorporated a high end fully electronic 3" exhaust valve motor into our famous Big Mouth & built it to 3" to allow for maximum exhaust flow! You now have everything the famous RPM SxS Big Mouth has WITH a 3" electronic dump valve! 3" construction all the way through the e-valve system is achieved by utilizing a custom exhaust gasket that mates to a stock muffler! This allows you to have the most free flowing mid pipe on the market and still be able to mate it to ANY muffler that accepts the stock mid pipe with no modifications! This stainless, TIG welded mid pipe frees up the absolute most HP and substantially lowers temperature radiating from the exhaust system. The Big Mouth features alone will net you 2-4HP with the stock tune and valve closed BUT with the valve open you can expect 12HP gains!
The 3" E-Valve gives you the option to run a stock muffler, and at the flip of a switch you unleash extra horsepower, 500+ more RPM's, and a deep sporty exhaust tone! Switch it back closed and you have a quite stock sounding machine! Unlike some, our dump valve system has a smooth transition from the mid pipe to the valve allowing for the most free flowing dump valve exhaust on the market. As it passes the 3" valve the exhaust gasses will flow out our signature & beautiful custom RPM tip! Speaking of our signature E-Valve tips, you get to choose from brushed stainless, blued, or black to match your machine or match it to our optional OEM Style Colored Tips to tie it all together!

Best looking open exhaust tip on the market! Looks stock until you flip the switch!
Product came as describe and was fairly easy to install. The fit way perfect. I clearly did not understand the assignment and need to order the stock cover to match. I ordered the e pipe because I do like it quieter when trail riding but when I am in the dunes I like to let my hair down and be loud.
There is nothing like installing a product yourself to understand the quality, or lack of quality that has gone into the creation of a product. I was totally impressed with the RPM E pipe. I wanted an exhaust that I could engage when running a hill or racing, but I did not want to hear it all of the time. this was the perfect product for my needs. From the moment I opened the box to the time I tightened the last bolt I was impressed with the design, the engineering. The fit was perfect along with the premade wiring harness, made the job easy. I am very pleased and would recommend the RPM E mid pipe, to anyone that wants to enhance their exhaust on the MAV R! Great value!

Great design. I love the fact that it dumps outside the car and not in front of the radius rods. The adjustments work well and let me tuck it up nice and tight. This midpipe is goodlooking and easy to install. Paired with the valved sport muffler it is awesome. Highly recommend.
