Cat Delete, Bypass Pipe, Mid Pipe For Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo ALL Years & Models, R and RR
Unlike any other mid pipe, the RPM SxS Monster Mouth is a huge 3" chamber with a 2.5" muffler outlet that allows the use the stock muffler, any muffler with stock locations, or any RPM X3 Slip on Mufflers. No restrictions left on the table!!! This cat delete pipe flows the absolute most air. Overall it is 1/2" larger at the core and muffler inlet. We accomplished this by designing a completely new spherical exhaust gasket built from heavy duty stainless mesh that's infused with composite graphite.
This Stainless, TIG welded X3 Cat Bypass Pipe Exhaust frees up the absolute most HP and substantially lowers temperature radiating from the exhaust system. Any restriction, especially the stock catalytic converter after the turbo, directly reduce horsepower. The RPM Cat bypass will net you 5-8 wheel horsepower with the stock tune. Tuning is NOT needed for a mid pipe alone!

This exhaust requires the removal of the factory exhaust bracket & is replaced with the RPM bracket. Does not require the re-installation of the factory heat shields that clamp to the factory mid pipe. All other heat shields are re-used!

LET IT FLOW!! Sheesh what a difference. Easy to install (except for the bracket because a lot off stuff in the way but man did it make a difference in how the machine glides now, the sound is awesome even though I still have the factory muffler (coming soon) also being able to hear the turbo whistle is lovely. Thanks rpmsxs and thanks for the extra goodies in the box.
Pretty easy straightforward install. Replacing the factory support bracket was the biggest pain. Would recommend spring tool. Overall very pleased with the product! Noticed improvement in performance and overall sounds quality of the exhaust. 2025 3X DS Turbo.
Monster Mouth is a very nice piece! Easy to install with the instructions, noticeable power gain.Ran into stock muffler sounds quiet like normal until you get after it and you can tell there's no more restrictions with this pipe!

Jason was very helpful in linking me with a PDF of the install. The job is kind of a PITA and time consuming even with two people. I had trouble getting the old turbo/pipe band off and the new 3 inch pipe mount is difficult to R&R the old OEM.
Great part again from RPM sounds perfect, install was super easy I had my 12 year old help me only took about and hour. Couldn't be any happier with the sound.
Everything was very high quality. It cooled my x3 down dramatically. They sent it with a new bracket to replace the factory one. It was a pain to change out. The pipe itself was easy but the bracket had bolts that were "very" difficult to get to. It would have been nice to have some instructions in the box. I think the old bracket would be fine if I would have trimmed or ground a piece out of it. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from RPM again!
Love this addition. Looks great but really brought the heat down. As far as sound it has a little more growl no one really says much about it and it carries the great sound all the way through.You cans also smell exhaust a bit more after due to the cat removal. Which I expected. I run a octane booster by klotz so I can smell it alot more. Not a huge change but it is alot more responsive seems to light the turbo faster but might also be the BOV I Installed too. Either way it's a nice piece just need to add the chambered with e valve to finish.
Sounds amazing was on the fence of 2.5 or full 3 inch glad I went with 3 inch. My brother has rpms 2.5 and not that it sounds bad but the 3 inch has a much better pitch and tone. Ran it open header for a few pulls while waiting for my exhaust and it's a ear piercer
Absolutely love the product and super good quality! Dropped engine temps by 12 degrees on my rig (x3 max RR). But finding the videos for install could have been made way more easier for user!! Love the project and would put as #3 must do! Wished I had done this sooner!!
