For UTV owners who tackle tight trails, technical rock crawling, heavy dunes, or carry extra cargo weight, the increased load inevitably results in sky-high belt temperatures. This trapped heat is the number one cause of premature belt failure and shortened clutch life. RPM has tackled this issue head-on. Our ECF Kit actively flushes out unwanted heat by forcing approximately 225 CFM of cool air continuously through the clutch housing, keeping your entire CVT system cool and happy.

Unlike standard inline fans that actually become a restriction at higher speeds, our oversized fan housing is specifically designed to increase air volume while eliminating bottlenecks. This brilliant design ensures there is absolutely zero volumetric airflow loss when your engine RPMs rise and the OEM clutch's natural CFM overtakes the electric fan.

This Clutch fan is a very worthwhile addition to any SxS. It was extremely easy to install, and lowered my average belt temps by more than 30°f. The one suggestion I’d make to RPM is to add a harness disconnect plug near the fan, so that the fan can be removed from the machine when removing the clutch cover, rather than dangling it from its wires. (I cut the wires and added one myself) With it wiring into the taillights, it’s a bit much of a process to remove the entire harness when one needs to do clutch testing with the clutch cover off. Still highly recommended!
