Unlike restrictive competitors, our system utilizes a custom exhaust gasket that mates seamlessly to the stock muffler while maintaining a full 3" diameter all the way through the mid-pipe. It terminates with a proprietary, custom-designed RPM tip shaped to complement the body lines and stock tip profile while preserving a full 3" circumference for zero airflow restrictions.
Valve Closed: Enjoy a quiet, stock-sounding trail ride while still picking up 2–4 HP over the restrictive OEM setup thanks to the Big Mouth mid-pipe design!
Valve Open: Flip the switch to open the 3" dump valve and instantly unleash 12+ HP, 500+ additional RPMs, drastically lowered exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and a deep, throaty race tone!

Built from 100% TIG-welded 304 stainless steel, the RPM E-Valve features a smooth, radius-bent transition to the valve to ensure the highest exhaust velocity possible. Tailor the look to your machine with your choice of custom tip finishes: Brushed Stainless, Blued Stainless, or Sleek Black(or pair it with our optional OEM-style colored tips to tie your build together!).
Best of all, it connects directly to the stock muffler or ANY aftermarket muffler designed to accept the factory mid-pipe with zero custom modifications required.

Product came as describe and was fairly easy to install. The fit way perfect. I clearly did not understand the assignment and need to order the stock cover to match. I ordered the e pipe because I do like it quieter when trail riding but when I am in the dunes I like to let my hair down and be loud.
There is nothing like installing a product yourself to understand the quality, or lack of quality that has gone into the creation of a product. I was totally impressed with the RPM E pipe. I wanted an exhaust that I could engage when running a hill or racing, but I did not want to hear it all of the time. this was the perfect product for my needs. From the moment I opened the box to the time I tightened the last bolt I was impressed with the design, the engineering. The fit was perfect along with the premade wiring harness, made the job easy. I am very pleased and would recommend the RPM E mid pipe, to anyone that wants to enhance their exhaust on the MAV R! Great value!

Great design. I love the fact that it dumps outside the car and not in front of the radius rods. The adjustments work well and let me tuck it up nice and tight. This midpipe is goodlooking and easy to install. Paired with the valved sport muffler it is awesome. Highly recommend.
