The RPM Maverick R E-Valve Sport Muffler combines the best of tuned exhaust performance and on-demand open-pipe aggression in one complete slip-on package!

Why settle for choosing between a refined sport tone and raw, wide-open roar? Built with a high-flow dual 3" muffler core, this system features a 3" electronic bypass valve routed directly from the throat of the muffler straight to the exit tip. With the valve closed, you get a deep, tuned, sport-exhaust note that keeps backpressure optimal without ear-ringing trail drone. But flip the included dash toggle switch, and the electronic valve opens instantly—bypassing the mufflers to unleash maximum volume, rowdy performance, and up to 12+ horsepower gains when paired with an RPM 3" Mid-Pipe!

Constructed from 100% TIG-welded 304 stainless steel, this exhaust shaves 11 lbs off the rear of your machine compared to the bulky factory muffler. It includes a custom stainless bracket to reuse your stock OEM tip for a clean, stealthy rear profile, and fully retains the OEM spark arrestor while remaining compatible with RPM Quiet Cores.

RPM Can-Am Maverick R E-Valve Sport Muffler / Slip On Exhaust × 1 I just installed my full exhaust and mid pipe. The E-Valve with actuation, I plumbed it into the front auxiliary positive and negative, so it's only getting power when the Can-Am is on. The switch light comes on, but the actuator never engages even with the engine running it doesn't actuate. I’m not sure what it could be. Otherwise I am very happy with the exhaust and the mid pipe.

This exhaust sounds awesome closed. But open the bypass valve and you know something is going on.sound is aggressive but not obnoxious. I paired it with the valve bypass midpipe this combo gives you 3 different exhaust tones and multiple combinations for exhaust note. I would definitely buy this combo again. But the sound is only half the story. The looks are exotic, large piping,lots of twisting and multiple valves and mirror polished. And the fit was excellent.

Wow! What a difference between the stock muffler (big, heavy 'suitcase'). This new unit is extremely light and very easy to install (I got the E-Valve muffler). The use of the stock exhaust tip was a piece of cake. I will buy a new RPM tip when it comes available. Watch the videos for removing the muffler and mid-pipe. I would recommend buying all the intake hoses and exhaust components at the same time. You will be very happy you did so. I removed all the exhaust heat shields and the intake filter box. That made things very easy to get to. I also did the Oil Catch Can at the same time. Getting the stock components out was much harder than putting the RPM components in. Everything fit like a glove and was far easier to install vs a stock component. I recommend getting these things at the same time: Oil Catch Can BOV Kit Mid-pipe of your choice Muffler of your choice Charge Tube Kit Airbox to Turbo tube V-band clamp Big Fatty Intake tube Heat Blanket (optional) You will be there getting very familiar with all these things at the same time. Do it, you won't regret it.
