Crafted from beautifully polished, 100% TIG-welded 304 stainless steel, this performance mid-pipe replaces the restrictive stock unit to let your turbocharged Rotax engine breathe freely.

While the factory turbocharger features a 3" flange, Can-Am immediately chokes airflow down to a 2.5" mid-pipe before squeezing it down to 2" inside the stock muffler. The RPM 3" Mid-Pipe eliminates this severe bottleneck right at the turbine wheel, drastically reducing backpressure and exhaust gas heat build-up. Engineered with a heavy-duty double-braided flex pipe section to absorb chassis flex and engine motion, this mid-pipe shaves 3 lbs off the stock unit. Utilizing RPM's proprietary 3" I.D. graphite ball-end gasket, it mates seamlessly to the factory muffler, any RPM SXS Maverick R muffler, or any aftermarket muffler designed for stock mid-pipe fitment. Complete with a discreet secondary 18mm O2 bung for wideband data logging, it retains full compatibility with factory heat shields or the RPM Maverick R Heat Blanket—all with no ECU tuning required.
