Replacement motors come as an assembly. The end caps screw off and new fan body, motor, and fan come as 1 assembled pieces.

I bought this one as a replacement for the original one that stopped working. I bought the sxs used so I'm unsure of how old the original one was. Rig is a 2017x3. Stopped working in Nov 23'. Very easy to replace and at the cost of $30, I'm not upset that it didn't last forever. Electrical parts used on these things are always a risk.
