Welcome the Maverick R 3" Mid-Pipe from RPM—a beautifully polished, 304 stainless steel, fully TIG-welded piece of art that frees up maximum power from your turbocharged Maverick R. This system performs exactly as good as it looks!

While the factory turbo features a 3" flange, the OEM mid-pipe chokes airflow by reducing down to 2.5", and the exhaust flow is later squeezed down to a restrictive 2" inside the muffler. We let the Maverick R breathe freely by creating this true 3" mid-pipe. Removing this bottleneck right at the turbo eliminates unnecessary back-pressure on the turbine's exhaust wheel, significantly reducing heat buildup. This maximizes current performance and makes future turbo upgrades painless, with NO extra components needed down the road.

This unrestricted, full 3" flow is achieved by utilizing a proprietary 3" I.D. graphite ball-end gasket. It mimics the OEM curvature and sealing properties, allowing this mid-pipe to directly replace the factory 2.5" pipe and bolt perfectly to the factory muffler, any RPM SxS Maverick R Muffler, or any aftermarket muffler that utilizes stock mounting locations. If your muffler uses the factory mid-pipe, it will work seamlessly with this RPM 3" upgrade.

Keeping performance builders in mind, we added a second O2 bung in a discreet yet easy-to-access location for those running data loggers or widebands. This second bung includes a low-profile cap if not in use and does NOT interfere with the factory heat shields. You can easily reuse your OEM heat shields, or upgrade to the RPM Maverick R Heat Blanket designed specifically for all RPM Maverick R mid-pipes.
